Extremely disappointing and concerning experience. I visited this car wash ONE time and was explicitly told by the employee that I was paying for a one time car wash. I later discovered that I had been enrolled in a recurring membership and was being charged monthly without my knowledge or consent. I never knowingly agreed to a membership, and I have not returned to this car wash since that single visit. Had the employee told me I was signing up for recurring charges, I absolutely would not have agreed to the purchase. After discovering the charges, I also found a Reddit thread where dozens of other customers described very similar experiences with unexpected recurring memberships. Reading those accounts after experiencing this myself was extremely concerning. There’s a guy standing by the machine saying it’s a one time purchase and taking your card and making the payment on your behalf. I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company and requesting a full refund. Based on my experience, I would not return. I strongly recommend that anyone who purchases a one time wash here carefully check their credit card statements afterward.

I have been to a lot of car washes in the area and this one is my favorite by far!! I have been coming for a while but today the whole experience was better and cleaner than before! The interior and window cleaning bottles and towels were organized and full of cleaner. There was no trash in the parking lot. I noticed a new worker, after observing her for a moment, I realized she was the reason the place looked so good! I spoke with her, her name is Crystal. She was from a different location I realized I saw her at another location before. She is a star! She is constantly working: either cleaning, helping customers, refilling supplies… and always smiling. Everyone else at this location has always been sitting down, glued to their phone, or just miserable to interact with but Crystal was totally the opposite! They definitely need to keep her here!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team was courteous, my car looked brand new. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back. Will be signing up for the unlimited cash plan.

I had an amazing experience at the car wash thanks to Angela! From the moment I pulled in, she was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She paid attention to every detail and made sure my car looked spotless inside and out. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their work and customer satisfaction the way she does. Angela’s positive attitude and excellent service made my whole experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her highly recommend asking for Angela if you want your car done right!
